At Lille & Co., we’re committed to delivering your baby’s essentials with care and reliability. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via our trusted fulfillment partners. We offer affordable worldwide standard shipping, complete with tracking so you can follow your order every step of the way.
We take care to package every item with love and care, using eco-friendly materials whenever possible. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 8–10 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to love every item you receive from Lille & Co. If you notice any quality issues or damages with your order, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your items. To be eligible, products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
To request for a refund, simply contact our customer support team at lille.and.co.shop@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return and picture of the product or package. Once approved, we'll guide you through the simple return process.
